The 7th event of the Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon series was held Held at Langley Park, East Perth in WA. The day was a great success with superb weather conditions and a total number of over 2,400 participants battling it out across the course.
The 2012 Sparke Helmore NBN Triathlon Festival (16 – 18 March) has been ‘run and won’ with almost 3,000 competitors across 4 events, in 3 days. It was the first year 3vent Productions has been involved in this popular Hunter Valley event and assisted organiser H Events in the set up and running of the festival.
The Barrier Draw for one of the biggest horse racing events in Australia, Magic Millions, was a big happening this year. Contracted by Surfers Paradise Alliance to organise all operational and logistical elements of this VIP event, 3vent Productions was very pleased with all the attention the day received.
In the second weekend of 2012, Surfers Paradise was turned into a sensory swirl of jumpsuits, blue suede shoes and some of the 20th century’s finest rock ‘n’ roll, with live ‘Elvis’ performances and tributes. 3vent Productions coordinated all infrastructure for this weekend event and supplied event crew to help run the 3-day event.
To get all the people on the Gold Coast in the swing of Christmas, Surfers Paradise Alliance organised a live Santa appearance, combined with other shows, every day, for 16 days leading up to Christmas. 3vent Productions oversaw some of these events and supplied event crew when needed.
The last 2011 Australian qualifying Ironman race to the Ironman World Championship was held in Canberra. We didn’t have the best weather conditions however, it was a fantastic finish for 2011. 3vent Productions was appointed to assist in the set-up and running of this event.
It was ‘Kids galore’ in Surfers Paradise during the third weekend of October 2011! Cavill Mall and the Surfers Paradise esplanade were the places to be with rides, animal farm, kids craft, beach cinema, fireworks and Hi-5 performances! And the best thing of all, the 2-day event was FREE for all!
One of Melbourne’s main marathon events is held yearly throughout the CBD and surroundings. With over 27,000 participants in 2011 it was the biggest one yet and 3vent Productions was hired to manage the onsite logistics and production of a large section of this event.
