“In late 2016 the City of Gold Coast introduced Kevin Forrester and his company, 3vent Productions to HOTA, Home of the Arts. HOTA was preparing to take possession of Stage 1 of the build of the brand new Gold Coast Cultural Precinct, a $37million outdoor performance space. After a competitive EOI 3vent Productions were appointed to work with HOTA to consult, review and confirm crowd capacity and layouts, event plans and costings, price lists and storage layouts.

Kevin and the 3vent Productions team worked to very tight deadlines and a limited project budget to deliver a series of reports, templates, spreadsheets, and event management plans for the outdoor performance space including;

“Transplant Australia contracted 3vent Productions to run a 5km run and opening ceremony, as well as a street parade followed by a beach welcome – in two different locations on the same day for the Australian Transplant Games on the Gold Coast.

“3vent came to my rescue for the 2017 APAC Gartner Symposium ITXPO @GCEC in October 2017.
