Melbourne’s biggest marathon is held annually throughout the CBD and surroundings of the Victorian State Capitol. Since its inception in 2005, over 150,000 runners and walkers have participated with the numbers rising each year. Even though the weather was cold and wet this year, it didn’t dampen the spirit and lots of spectators came out to see the athletes perform.
