1 December 2018 – Christmas is nearly upon us which makes it time again for the annual Mayor’s Christmas Carols presented by Mercedes-Benz Gold Coast! Once again hosted at the Broadwater Parklands in Southport, the prestigious family concert featured, as per usual, an abundance of entertainment.
Hosted by Mercedes-Benz Gold Coast Ambassador, Shelley Craft, and regarded as the premier Christmas event on the Gold Coast, the night headlined singing superstars Kate Ceberano and Anthony Callea, supported by an impressive cast of talent.
With fun for the whole family, the kids can be the first to see Santa this Christmas and sing along to their favourite carols and PJ Masks Christmas Show. The night also boasted delicious food trucks and a spectacular fireworks finale.
The weather was beautiful this year and the crowds were huge which made for a fantastic family night out!
Our Role
3vent was, for the 5th consecutive year, contracted by the City of Gold Coast to manage the event operations including, organising and managing the staging production, risk and emergency management, supplying event equipment, sourcing and managing security personnel, supplying and managing event staff, and managing the complete onsite event operations for 5 days.
