A community fun filled event held in a prime location at the Gold Coast’s Botanical Gardens, held from 9am – 2pm. Amongst all the delicious variety of food, selection of homemade honey and markets, there were opportunities to get up and close with all sorts of baby animals, including bats!
Discovery at the gardens also offered small up close and fun educational workshops on the topics of science and sustainability – a great initiative for people of all ages. The weather was optimal with the sun out to shine. A successful participatory and inclusive event for locals to enjoy, which 3vent was enthusiastic to be a part of!
Our Role
3vent was contracted by City of Gold Coast to provide event staff to assist their team in the bump-in, running of event and bump-out of event day. In addition, 3vent organised the Traffic Management supervision and provided event equipment, including weight bags.
