For the September show of Chefs of Surfers Paradise one of the many great chefs of Italian specialty restaurant Vapiano, Riley Green, treated the public to his favourite dish, Pollo e Spinachi, alongside other Vapiano favorites like Amberi e Spinachi, Filleto de Manzo and Ravioli Con Carne. Pasta always being a crowd winner, the samples of the many different tastes drew and glued a good number of passers-by to the show.
On the first Saturday of each month Surfers Paradise Alliance hosts Chefs of Surfers Paradise, a free live cooking event where the coastal precinct’s finest chefs turn Surfers Paradise into a bustling instructional kitchen.
