Providing clients with financial planning, investments, tax advice, superannuation and many more financial services, Gold Coast based Integrated Investment Group (IIG) wanted to reach out to potential customers via an unconventional way: an appointment setting promotion at Helensvale Westfield.
Set up in a centre isle stand outside of ALDI Supermarket the promotion ran every day for 2 weeks over April and May 2016 and many appointments were realized in the process.
Our Role
In order to assist their financial planners in setting appointments, IIG contracted 3vent Productions to provide promotions staff to make the initial contact with shoppers before referring them to IIG staff to set an appointment.
