While our Australian top athletes were getting ready to claim 198 medals, the 3vent Productions team were busy behind the scenes preparing these venues to host the 6,600 athletes from around the world.
3vent Productions was contracted to provide event staff for the installation of a variety of signage across the 18 venues on the Gold Coast and Brisbane. The signage installed by our team included 60km of fence scrim, corflute signage, custom stickers and grandstand signage.
It was an honour to be a part of what was a historical event for the Gold Coast.
Our Role
3vent Productions was one of the main suppliers to the signage contractor, supplying up to 25x experienced event staff a day (!) over the course of 48 days of bump- in, 10 days of a transition schedule and 5 days of bump-out.
