The annual Staff Christmas Party is Councils way of thanking they thousands of staff for their efforts throughout the past year. Held on Friday 15 December 2017, approx 1,800 excited employees gathered at the Country Paradise Parklands to unwind after a busy year and get their groove on.
Being a typical warm summers afternoon made the flow of icy cold drinks unstoppable and that much more refreshing which obviously went hand in hand with the delicious food that was made available throughout the evening.
The band ‘The Full Stops’ added to the festive vibes of the afternoon, singing some popular songs that got council staff moving their feet on the dance floor. The photo booths were a popular attraction and helped to capture the memories of the night.
The event was full of laughter, singing, dancing and festive vibes and was a great way to kick off the Christmas break.
Our Role
3vent was contracted to managed the operational logistics for the event.
For this event our operational role consists of:
Event Planning
- Organisation of all event infrastructure incl. fencing, marquees, staging, bar equipment, etc.
- Organisation of Event Services i.e. security, cleaning staff, waste management
- Sourcing Hospitality Staff
- Creating Siteplans
- Creation of the Runsheets and Event Orders
- Producing all WHS documentation incl. Risk Management Plan, Event Management Plan, Waste Management Plan and the WHS Management System
- Supply of Event Staff
Onsite Operations Management
- Event Setup / Pack Down
- Management of Multiple Bars
- Management of Event and Hospitality staff
- Traffic & Punter Transportation Management
